Please take a moment to fill out the form. Winterfest is a juried event. We strive to have a variety of artisans presented annually. Selection is based on quality, uniqueness, demand and artistry. You will submit payment once accepted.
We have a large hall with 44 - 8 foot tables and 4 booth spots. If you request a booth but space is limited we may offer you 2 8 foot tables in a corner of the dance floor rows. There is limited space behind the tables and merchandise must fit in your space and not block the aisles. If you can fit on
Please note:
1. Spaces for booths will be given to makers with large set ups that require wall space
2. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but are not guaranteed. Not all makers will be given 2 tables if you can fit into one space to accommodate more makers
3. Chairs and tables are provided in your table fee. You must provide your own tablecloths that cover the front of your table to the floor
4. Makers must follow the food handlers guidelines from the MB Farmers Market Association in regards to baking, canning, food sales and sampling
5. Deadline for applications is July 7, 2026. Makers will be made aware of their acceptance by July 14, 2026.
6. Payment must be received by Aug 14. Do not send e-transfer until confirmation of acceptance
7. No refunds after October 14, 2026
